Life Flight: Book Review

BOOK BY: Lynette Eason

book cover Life Flight by Lynette Eason

This is a pulse-pounding, stellar new read from Lynette Eason. I could not put Life Flight down!

Penny Carlton is a pilot who works for EMS and is very good at her job. Her team receives a call to transport a VIP in critical condition to a medical facility on the other side of the mountain in a terrible storm. To add more excitement to the story – a serial killer is on the loose, there is a crash landing, and no satellite phone to call for back up, a contradictory boss, and people who aren’t who they appear to be.

Penny teams up with FBI agent Holt Satterfield to sort everything out, and to stay alive.

There’s so much suspense that even after putting the book down, I needed time for my heart to stop racing.

The only thing I didn’t like was the way the serial killer used his victims – it was disturbing, but then again, murder is disturbing no matter how it’s done.

And the twist at the end, wasn’t something I saw coming.

Do not read this book in the dark or while home alone! (You’ll not sleep well if you do….)

This is the first book to a new series, Exteme Measures.

I received an ecopy from the publisher through NetGalley. All opinions expressed are my own.
